General.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request. Submitting a commission request form does not guarantee a slot. Please wait for confirmation from me via Vgen after reviewing the form. It is the client's responsibility to download and securely store all commission files. If you would like me to use external assets (e.g., logos, screen art, panel chibis, etc.) created by another artist, these assets must be fully completed and provided at the time of the commission request. If my work will be used alongside other artists' creations (e.g., minimalist chat overlay with other artists' overlays; logo on other artists' reference sheets; etc.), the client must inform those artists and ensure that I am also given appropriate credit. Terms of service are subject to change.Copyright and Use. Clear and visible credit must be given to my Twitter account (@tsuyoi_yoi) on any social media platforms where the commissioned work is used. All commissioned works are for personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise. You are not authorized to sell, redistribute, print, teach AI, mint as NFTs, or claim ownership of the work. All prices include a streaming/content fee, which allows you to use the commissioned assets in monetized content (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, etc.) at no additional charge. A commercial fee is required for any use involving print (e.g., merchandise, gifts, promotional materials such as business cards or banners). If you have any questions about whether your use qualifies, please contact us. I retain the rights to all designs and may share them in my portfolio or on social media within two months of delivery, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed. I may broadcast the creation process or publish previews, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is paid to keep your commission confidential until release. Neither the client nor any third-party artist is permitted to modify, redistribute, or extract elements from the commission files. Artists may follow my established branding, but may not cut or reuse portions directly from my work. I am not responsible for copyright infringement related to materials provided by the client.Working Process.
Commissions can take up to eight weeks to complete. Please plan ahead if you have deadlines. Progress updates will be shared throughout the process. Clients will receive a concept draft based on the references they provide to confirm they adhere to the visual direction. Three free revisions per item are included during the creation process. Additional revisions or changes after delivery will incur an additional fee.Payment. Payment is due within one week of submitting the proposal; otherwise, your commission will be canceled.Refunds and Cancellations.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time if I am unable to complete it. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Clients cannot cancel before or after the work has begun. If a commission is canceled after the work has begun, a cancellation fee based on the hours already worked will apply. If you have commissioned multiple resources and wish to cancel one after a draft has been delivered, a cancellation fee will apply. only the COMMISSIONS have priorities after payment, in case of giveaway of drawings, no specific time is stipulated for the delivery, therefore it is not in a position of claims. If you think it took too long, you can cancel it or change it for a simpler drawing from my catalog.
